Heather Myles grew up on a ranch in California where she was inspired by the
music of artists like Merle Haggard, Buddy Holly and Buck Owens. With
a voice that garnered comparisons to Tammy Wynette and Patsy Cline, it
wasn't long before Myles was receiving rave reviews on two continents and
charming arena-sized crowds opening for acts like Merle Haggard, Waylon
Jennings and Ricky Skaggs. For the past decade, she has toured
tirelessly, developing a rabid following among fans of real country music
throughout the US, Europe, Australia and England. Recently she was the
recipient of the AWA Award for Top Country Female Vocalist 2010.
Heather is still proudly waving the Americana flag and has been in the
charts with her new album "In The Wind". Songs like Broke and
Broken-Hearted will have fans of Merle Haggard cheering in the stands.
Fiddles cry, pedal steel twangs cuts from Heather's new album like In The
Wind and Pretty Poison have a Sheryl Crow meets Dwight Yoakam
vibe while My Bay's Good To Me is reminiscent of the great blues
sound of Stevie Ray Vaughan. Heather's new album has something for everyone.
